To prevent hear loss treat tinnitus at early stage. Meet audiologist. Even if the cure won’t be possible they can still help you to reduce it to max possible extent. There is another way in case of severe hearing loss cochlear implants. There is a myth that even a deaf person can hear with the help of cochlear implants. However, give a deaf person a useful representation of sounds in the environment and help him or her to understand speech.
